Rice Pudding with Sultanas

Rice Pudding with Sultanas

Some rice, some sugar, milk, a handful of sultanas and a little nutmeg

What could be simpler? What could be nicer?

Sunday lunch wouldn’t be Sunday lunch without a baked rice pudding, full of juicy sultanas and sprinkled with nutmeg, to finish off the meal.

My brother and I used to fight over who got the most skin off the top. Unfortunately he was quicker that me and nearly always got the lions share.
